*NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming): draws upon the best work of some of the last century's most effective therapists and provides a model to quickly identify limiting beliefs and ineffective patterns of behaviour. It provides some rapid, easy to use techniques to create change.

*Time Line Therapy: Devised by Dr.Tad James, a Master Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis to effect deep level change work quickly without the need to experience regression, analysis, pain or deep trance.

*Hypnosis: We have a conscious mind with which we think and view the world and we have an unconscious mind with which we dream, intuit and have déjà vu. The unconscious stores our memories and, whilst rendering them to conscious thought, keeps the most painful hidden for our protection as children. The unconscious mind runs the body and, with the right communication, maintains our health. Hypnosis allows communication with our unconscious mind to access hidden memories and cure psychological and physical pain. It uses light trance, like during that just-going-to-sleep, or just-wakening time, or deeper trance, like deep, dreamless sleep to create the changes you wish.

*Meridian Psychotherapy (EFT & TFT): Acupuncture is an ancient and, now, widely acceptable method of relieving physical symptoms and curing illness by unblocking energy meridians. Meridian psychotherapy utilises the unblocking of meridians to cure most psychological and, even some physical problems, because they are, simply a blockage of our energy systems. This works purely by tapping appropriate meridians.
